Our review

A fragrance-free, rich emollient cream for very dry skin that can be used as a bath additive, a body wash or a leave-on body cream – from the first day of life. Wizaż reviewers, many of them parents, rate it highly for comfort and versatility; a few found it hard to dissolve in water, slightly greasy or simply ineffective.

Packaging and what the product is

The quoted image from the Pharmaceris site shows a large white tub with a blue “E” logo, labelled “EMOTOPIC – Lipid-replenishing formula 3 in 1 – 1 product instead of 3”, listing “emollient emulsion for bath, cleansing body wash, lipid-replenishing body cream”, “from 1st day of life, children and adults” and “hypoallergenic”. Our database lists the 500 ml size. One reviewer mentions a 400 ml + 100 ml promotional pack.

Ingredient analysis

This is a thick oil-in-water cream. After water come Isopropyl Palmitate (a light emollient ester), Butyrospermum Parkii (shea) butter and canola oil, emulsified with ceteareth-20, cetearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate. Paraffin and the volatile silicones cyclopentasiloxane and cyclohexasiloxane add an occlusive, smooth-spreading layer, and Cannabis Sativa (hemp) seed oil and tocopheryl acetate add lipids and antioxidant protection.

Glycerin is the humectant, sodium polyacrylate the thickener, and two honeysuckle extracts (Lonicera caprifolium and japonica) together with hydroxyacetophenone support preservation. BHA here is butylated hydroxyanisole, an antioxidant that protects the oils – not a beta-hydroxy acid. There is no fragrance.

What to watch out for

Cyclopentasiloxane (D5) and cyclohexasiloxane (D6) are covered by an EU REACH restriction on cyclic siloxanes adopted in 2024 and being phased in for cosmetics, so the current label may differ from our list. Used in the bath, an oily product can make the tub slippery – take care with babies. Persistent eczema or itching should be assessed by a doctor; an emollient is supportive care, not a treatment.

What users say

Wizaż shows 4.5/5 from 19 ratings and the pharmaceris.com product page 5.0/5 from a single review (both checked 30 Oct 2026). Most reviewers use it mainly as a body cream after bathing: it relieves the feeling of tight, dry skin, absorbs fairly well while leaving a light protective film, is fragrance-free and lasts a long time. Several parents value having one product for bathing and moisturising, including when travelling.

Critical points: the thick texture is hard to dissolve in bath water unless it is very hot, it can leave a slightly greasy layer, the cap does not close firmly for one reviewer, the price is seen as high, and two reviewers saw no improvement in their skin. One person mentions a faint soapy smell despite the lack of fragrance.

Who it may suit

Very dry and atopic-prone skin in babies, children and adults, for families who want one fragrance-free emollient for bath and body. People who dislike a rich, slightly occlusive finish may prefer a lighter lotion.
