Our review

A short, fragrance-free acid serum with niacinamide and a low 3.8% blend of AHAs and a PHA (glycolic, mandelic, lactic, lactobionic). Wizaż reviewers see it as a cheap, gentle introduction to acids that smooths skin; people used to stronger exfoliants found it too weak.

Packaging and what the product is

The image from soraya.pl shows the carton: white with a pastel rainbow gradient, “Soraya – I Love Serum”, a frame stating “kwasy AHA+PHA 3,8%” and “serum wygładzające do każdego typu cery – wygładzenie i redukcja niedoskonałości” (smoothing serum for all skin types). Reviewers describe a clear, rigid plastic bottle with a dropper inside. It is a leave-on evening serum; the brand recommends waiting about ten minutes before cream and using SPF by day.

Ingredient analysis

The list is only eleven ingredients long. Niacinamide is second, right after water, so it is one of the main components. Glycerin follows, then Glycolic Acid, Lactobionic Acid (a gentle, humectant PHA), Mandelic Acid and Lactic Acid – together 3.8% according to the box, which is a mild total for an acid serum.

Xanthan gum makes the jelly-like texture, disodium EDTA is a chelator, and caprylyl glycol with phenoxyethanol preserve it. There is no fragrance, no oils and no colourants.

What to watch out for

Even at 3.8%, AHAs can tingle and increase sun sensitivity, so the brand’s advice to use SPF in the daytime makes sense. Avoid combining it on the same evening with retinoids or other strong exfoliants. A slightly sour, vinegar-like smell noticed by one reviewer is typical of unscented acid products and fades quickly.

What users say

On Wizaż the serum has 4.4/5 from 5 ratings (checked 30 Oct 2026). Four reviewers praise a smoother, softer, more even-looking complexion, fewer or quickly calmed blemishes, no burning even at first use, fast absorption and a very low price (one bought it at a discount store). It is described as only slightly tacky right after application.

The 3/5 review came from someone already using a prescription retinoid, who saw no exfoliating effect and concluded the concentration was too low for experienced skin. One reviewer wished it were more economical; another found the dropper less practical than pouring it onto the hand. Five opinions are a small sample.

Who it may suit

Beginners to acids, normal, combination or oily skin that wants gentle smoothing at a low price, and those who need a mild ‘maintenance’ acid. Skin already accustomed to strong acids or retinoids is unlikely to notice much.
