Our review
A simple, mild 2-in-1 wash for body and scalp built on a glucoside surfactant with betaine, plus glycerin, aloe, panthenol and prebiotic sugars. It is lightly fragranced and preserved with food-grade preservatives; the very high rating on the brand’s own shop is encouraging, but independent reviews are harder to find.

Packaging and what the product is
The photo on basiclab.shop shows a tall white pump bottle with a bright yellow band, the BasicLab logo and the “Famillias” line name, the words “Delikatny żel do mycia dla całej rodziny” (gentle wash gel for the whole family) and a small heart graphic. The label also states “od 1. miesiąca życia / from the first month”. It is sold in 30, 100 and 500 ml sizes and is meant for daily washing of the body, face, scalp and intimate areas.
Ingredient analysis
The cleansing base is lauryl glucoside, a sugar-derived non-ionic surfactant, paired with cocamidopropyl betaine. This is one of the milder surfactant pairs used in body washes and shampoos, and there are no sulfates in the list. Glycerin and aloe leaf juice add moisture, while allantoin and panthenol are soothing, skin-conditioning ingredients.
Alpha-glucan oligosaccharide and inulin are prebiotic sugars meant to support the skin’s microbiome; sodium hyaluronate and trehalose are humectants. Copper gluconate, magnesium aspartate and zinc gluconate are mineral salts used in small amounts. Propylene glycol and pentylene glycol act as solvents and humectants (pentylene glycol also supports preservation), citric acid adjusts pH, and sodium benzoate with potassium sorbate preserve the formula. Parfum is last, and no separate fragrance allergens are declared.
What to watch out for
The product contains fragrance, so people who react to perfumes, and parents choosing products for very young babies, may prefer a fragrance-free wash, even though the label says it is suitable from one month. Propylene glycol is well tolerated by most people but can irritate very sensitive or damaged skin. Like any wash, it should be kept out of the eyes; cocamidopropyl betaine is a rare but known contact allergen. Being a mild cleanser, it may not remove heavy styling products or long-wear make-up on its own.
What users say
On basiclab.shop the gel showed an average of 4.88/5 from 1,389 purchase-verified reviews (checked 1 Nov 2026); note that this is the brand’s own shop. Reviewers there often say the whole family uses it and that skin does not feel dry after showering. Opinions on scent differ: one person loves it, while another found the scent too faint and noted that a bit more product is needed to make it foam. We did not find a comparable independent rating on Wizaż.
Who it may suit
Families who want one gentle wash for several people, and adults with dry or sensitive skin who prefer a sulfate-free cleanser for body and scalp. Those who want a strongly foaming or richly scented gel, or who avoid all fragrance, may want to look elsewhere.
