Our review

A nourishing eye cream in a pump bottle with macadamia oil, cocoa butter, candelilla wax, caffeine, hyaluronate and a long list of herbal extracts. Reviews are mostly positive about hydration and the pump, but the herbal scent divides people and one user had pilling and a pump that stopped working.

Packaging and what the product is

The image from naturequeen.pl shows a slim dark pump bottle with a cream label “Odżywczy krem pod oczy – Nourishing eye cream – owies i kakao” standing beside its beige carton decorated with a cocoa-pod drawing. The bottle holds 30 ml, which reviewers note is generous for an eye cream.

Ingredient analysis

The base is water, glycerin, coco-caprylate/caprate, propanediol, cetearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate citrate, enriched with macadamia seed oil, cocoa seed butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride and candelilla wax. Oat kernel extract comes early among the actives, followed by horse chestnut, yarrow, calendula, St John’s wort, witch hazel, mallow, chamomile, linden and peppermint extracts. Caffeine and sodium hyaluronate sit in the second half, with tocopherol and sunflower oil.

Tara gum and its hydrolysate add a light film, sodium stearoyl glutamate and xanthan help stabilise, and preservation is benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, glyceryl caprylate, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate. Parfum is listed without individually declared allergens. As one reviewer pointed out, the ‘oat and cocoa’ of the name are not the very first ingredients, though both are in the top part of the active list.

What to watch out for

Several extracts come from the daisy family (yarrow, calendula, chamomile), which matters for anyone with a compositae allergy; peppermint and fragrance near the eyes can irritate sensitive eyes. St John’s wort extract is used here as a cosmetic ingredient; people who know they react to it should avoid it. Patch-testing is sensible.

What users say

On Wizaż the cream has 4.1/5 from 7 ratings, and on naturequeen.pl 4.00/5 from a single rating (both checked 30 Oct 2026). Most reviewers praise good hydration and nourishment, quick absorption, a convenient pump, the 30 ml size, use under make-up, and no stinging in the eyes; some saw slightly reduced shadows or smoother fine lines.

The scent is the main split: some find it pleasant, while one 4-star reviewer described a herbal smell she disliked strongly enough not to repurchase. A 1-star review reports the cream pilling when patted in and a pump that stopped drawing product near the end; another mentions air bubbles in the pump. The sample is small.

Who it may suit

Normal to dry skin around the eyes that wants a comfortable, plant-rich cream for day and night. Not ideal for people allergic to daisy-family plants, those who dislike herbal scents, or anyone needing a fragrance-free eye product.
