Our review

A light, silicone-rich anti-ageing serum built around rhamnose (a sugar) with hyaluronic acid, adenosine and a salicylic-acid derivative. The few Wizaż reviewers are enthusiastic about an immediate smoothing, tightening feel; it is an older Vichy formula and independent reviews are scarce.

Packaging and what the product is

The quoted photo from Open Beauty Facts shows a brown-grey carton with a large white “V”, labelled “Liftactiv Serum 10 Supreme – Youth power serum, accelerated renewal”, with the note “10% of rhamnose + hyaluronic acid”, “No parabens” and “50 ml / 1.69 fl. oz.”. It is a leave-on face serum used before cream, morning or evening. Vichy’s current Liftactiv range includes newer serums, so this exact formula may be harder to find.

Ingredient analysis

Rhamnose is the second ingredient – the brand states 10%. It is a plant-derived sugar that Vichy presents as a skin-renewal active. The texture comes from silicones: cyclohexasiloxane, polymethylsilsesquioxane, polysilicone-11 and dimethicone give a smooth, blurring, quick-drying feel, with glycerin and butylene glycol for hydration and alcohol denat. for a light finish.

Further actives are sodium hyaluronate and hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, adenosine, and capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA), a gentle exfoliating salicylic derivative. Octyldodecanol and pentaerythrityl tetraethylhexanoate are emollients, and BHT and tocopherol protect the formula from oxidation; caprylyl glycol supports preservation. It contains parfum.

What to watch out for

Alcohol denat. is fairly high in the list, which some dry or sensitive skins find irritating. Cyclohexasiloxane (D6) is one of the cyclic silicones covered by an EU REACH restriction adopted in 2024 that is being phased in for cosmetics – another reason the current version may differ. The serum contains fragrance; check the label of the version you buy.

What users say

On Wizaż the serum averages 4.7/5 from 6 ratings (checked 30 Oct 2026). All six reviewers are positive: they describe a light, fast-absorbing serum that sits well under make-up, gives an immediate tightening or “lifted” feel, and over time seems to soften fine lines; two pair it with the Liftactiv cream, one uses only two drops per application.

We found no critical reviews, but with only six ratings this is too small a sample to draw firm conclusions.

Who it may suit

Normal to combination, maturing skin that likes silicone-based serums with an instant smoothing effect. Very dry, alcohol-sensitive or fragrance-sensitive skin may do better with a simpler hydrating serum.
