Our review

An inexpensive, simple face cream for normal to dry skin, based on mineral oil, light emollients and glycerin, with aloe extract and a fragrance. A basic moisturiser rather than a product with notable actives.

Packaging and what the product is

The quoted photo shows Ziaja's white 100 ml jar with a screw lid, a teal aloe-leaf illustration and the words “krem aloes” and “cera normalna, sucha” (normal and dry skin). It is a day-to-day face cream from Ziaja's long-running aloe line, applied with the fingers from the jar.

Ingredient analysis

The formula is a classic oil-in-water cream. After water come paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), hexyl laurate (a light emollient ester), glycerin (humectant) and dimethicone, so the cream softens the skin and slows water loss more than it “treats”. Glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetyl alcohol and polysorbate 80 are emulsifiers and thickeners; two synthetic polymers give a smooth, non-sticky texture. Aloe barbadensis leaf extract sits in the middle of the list, after propylene glycol – a supporting ingredient rather than the core of the formula. Phenoxyethanol with ethylhexylglycerin preserves it.

What to watch out for

The cream is fragranced: besides parfum it contains linalool, limonene, tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes (a woody fragrance material), bitter orange peel oil and lavender oil/extract. For sensitive or allergy-prone skin, Ziaja also sells an unperfumed aloe cream, which may be the better choice. People who avoid mineral oil should note that it is the second ingredient.

What users say

We did not find a meaningful number of independent reviews for this exact version (the large pharmacy listings we checked showed no customer ratings), so we do not report an average. The aloe line is widely available and inexpensive, which is its main practical appeal.

Who it may suit

People with normal to dry, non-reactive skin who want an affordable, uncomplicated daily cream and like a light fragrance. Not a first pick for sensitive skin, fragrance allergy or acne-prone skin that reacts to rich bases.
