Packaging and what the product is

The manufacturer’s photo shows Ziaja’s familiar round white jar with a white screw lid and an orange calendula drawing, labelled “krem nagietek” for dry, sensitive and normal skin. Polish retailers list it as a 100 ml jar. It is a multi-purpose cream that many buyers use on the face, hands and body.

Ingredient analysis

This is a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion: Sorbitan Sesquioleate is the emulsifier, and Magnesium Sulfate stabilises this type of system. The fatty phase is dominated by Paraffinum Liquidum (mineral oil), Cera Microcristallina and Ceresin – occlusive ingredients that reduce water loss and explain the rich, slightly greasy finish. Glycerin and sunflower seed oil add moisture and softness.

Calendula Officinalis flower extract and tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) appear after the main base, in supporting amounts. Sodium benzoate is the preservative.

What to watch out for

This is the perfumed version: besides parfum the label lists citronellol, hexyl cinnamal, linalool, acetyl cedrene, coumarin, eugenol, Cananga Odorata oil, geranyl acetate and dimethyl phenethyl acetate. Several of these belong to the extended group of fragrance allergens that EU law added in 2023. If you react to fragrance, Ziaja also sells an unscented calendula cream. The occlusive base may feel too heavy for oily or blemish-prone skin.

What users say

On Rossmann.pl the cream had an average of 4.86/5 from about 350 reviews; on Wizaż the newer version scored 3.8/5 from 32 ratings (both checked 30 October 2026). Positive reviews mention good moisturising, a soft, comfortable skin feel, use on hands, legs and face, and the low price. Critical reviews describe a dense, heavy or greasy texture that absorbs slowly, shine on the face and, for a few people, clogged pores or stinging; the scent divides opinion. The most negative Wizaż review is titled “Zdecydowanie nie dla mnie” (“Definitely not for me”).

Who it may suit

People with dry or normal skin who like a rich, protective cream – for example in winter, at night or on dry patches on the hands and body. Oily, combination or acne-prone skin will probably prefer something lighter.
