Our review

A vegan day cream for dry and reactive skin combining ceramide NP and olive-derived lipids with linseed, avocado and rosehip oils, acerola ferment and ginkgo. It is very highly rated on Wizaż for being nourishing yet light and good under make-up, though many ratings come from a single testing campaign and the scent divides opinion.

Packaging and what the product is

The clochee.com photo shows a tall, white cylindrical pump bottle with the vertical Clochee logo, a pale pink band at the base and the text “Soft Balance – Ceramidowy krem na dzień / Ceramides daily dose cream”. The shop lists 50 ml and describes it as a natural, vegan cream for dry and sensitive, hyper-reactive skin. Reviewers on Wizaż praise the elegant bottle and convenient pump. It is a leave-on morning moisturiser.

Ingredient analysis

After water and glycerin, the emollients decyl oleate, caprylic/capric triglyceride and cetyl alcohol form the base, emulsified with glyceryl stearate SE and glyceryl stearate citrate. Coconut fruit juice, linseed, avocado and rosehip seed oils, olive glycerides and squalene supply lipids, and ceramide NP sits in the middle of the list – a meaningful but not dominant amount.

Further down are sea water, inulin, ginkgo leaf extract, Lactobacillus/acerola cherry ferment (a vitamin C-rich ingredient), kelp and chlorella extracts, knotgrass extract, panthenol, lactic acid and saccharide isomerate (a humectant). Preservation combines dehydroacetic acid, benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, supported by a radish root ferment.

What to watch out for

For a cream aimed at reactive skin, the fragrance is notable: parfum plus benzyl salicylate, coumarin, alpha-isomethyl ionone, hexyl cinnamal, limonene and linalool, all EU-labelled allergens. Linseed and rosehip oils are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, and squalene (unlike squalane) oxidises easily, so storage away from heat and light makes sense. Use sunscreen separately; the cream has no SPF.

On Wizaż the cream has 4.9/5 from 114 ratings (checked 30 Oct 2026); note that a large group of the visible reviews were posted on the same day in March 2024 and at least one thanks Wizaż for the chance to test it, which points to a testing campaign. Reviewers describe a texture that feels rich yet absorbs quickly, a comfortable, semi-matte finish under make-up, long-lasting hydration and good efficiency; one says it soothed her skin during retinoid use.

Critical points are few: one tester disliked the scent, describing it as “fishy”, and another found it worked better when her skin was combination than after it became drier. Price is not discussed much, but the shop lists it at 135 zł.

Who it may suit

Dry, normal or combination skin looking for a light-feeling, lipid-rich day cream that sits well under make-up. Those with fragrance allergies or very reactive skin should note the labelled allergens before buying.
