Our review

A 300 ml shampoo from the tołpa green line with a glucoside-plus-coco-sulfate wash base, peat extract, avocado and hemp seed oils and a guar conditioning polymer. It has many ratings on Rossmann.pl, mostly short and positive; the herbal scent is strong, and claims about hair loss cannot be judged from the ingredient list.

Packaging and what the product is

The photo (from Open Beauty Facts, as no official product page was available for this entry) shows a clear plastic bottle with a black flip cap and a white-and-green label with a large hemp leaf, the tołpa green logo, the word “wzmacnianie” (strengthening) and a description for weak, damaged hair, plus a “98%” natural-origin badge. The bottle holds 300 ml.

Ingredient analysis

Lauryl glucoside and sodium coco-sulfate are the main cleansers – a sulfate-containing but relatively mild combination – with glycerin, betaine and polyglyceryl-4 caprate softening the wash. Peat extract, tołpa’s signature ingredient, follows, then avocado oil and hemp seed oil in small amounts. Lactic acid adjusts pH, and hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride is a conditioning polymer that helps detangling. Preservation relies on benzoic acid with glyceryl caprylate, caprylyl glycol and methylpropanediol.

What to watch out for

The shampoo is fragranced (parfum, plus the woody aroma molecule tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes and vanillin); no EU-listed allergens are declared. Sodium coco-sulfate can still be drying for very sensitive scalps. Shampoos stay on the scalp only briefly, so no ingredient here allows conclusions about hair loss.

Comments are mostly short: gentle on the scalp, lathers easily, does not tangle or weigh hair down, adds shine. One reviewer uses it every week or two as a deep-cleansing shampoo and describes a strong herbal scent she happens to like. Detailed long-term reviews are rare.

Who it may suit

Adults with normal to oily scalps who want a fairly natural-formula everyday shampoo and enjoy herbal scents. Those with very dry or reactive scalps, or who dislike fragrance, may want something milder.
