A rich eye cream from the PURE by Clochee line combining plant butters and oils with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and plant extracts, plus light-reflecting mineral pigments for an instant brightening effect. Fragranced, which matters around the eyes.

Packaging and what the product is

The quoted manufacturer photo shows a small white pump bottle with an orange-and-pink “PURE by Clochee” label reading “lumi – krem pod oczy / eye cream”, next to an orange carton that highlights a high share of natural-origin ingredients. A pump keeps the product cleaner than a jar. It is a 15 ml under-eye cream marketed for brightening tired-looking eyes.

Ingredient analysis

The base is rich: caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, cocoa butter and isostearyl isostearate, emulsified with polyglyceryl-3 methylglucose distearate, plus glycerin. Avocado, pumpkin seed and coffee seed oils add emollience. Bentonite, mica, titanium dioxide, tin oxide and CI 77491 (iron oxide) create the “lumi” effect – they reflect light and visually soften shadows rather than changing the skin.

The actives are numerous but mostly mid-to-late in the list: hyaluronic acid, Albizia julibrissin bark extract, pomegranate and acerola extracts, niacinamide, darutoside, saccharide isomerate and hydrolysed glycosaminoglycans. Their amounts are not disclosed. Preservation uses sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, dehydroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol.

What to watch out for

The cream contains parfum with linalool, limonene and citral, plus benzyl alcohol – worth avoiding if your eyelids react to fragrance. Apply it to the orbital bone rather than close to the lash line, and stop if your eyes sting. Contact lens wearers may notice the mineral pigments.

Who it may suit

People with dry under-eye skin who like rich textures and a subtle brightening, light-reflecting finish, and who tolerate fragrance. Very sensitive or fragrance-allergic eye areas are better served by an unperfumed eye cream. Check availability, as the product may have been withdrawn by some retailers.
