Our review

A whipped body mousse from Ziaja’s Satin Glow line with rose extract, hyaluronic acid and a light pearlescent shimmer, in a large jar. The few public reviews are enthusiastic about the fluffy texture, satin sheen and long-lasting floral scent; one tester found the hydration too light for dry skin.

Packaging and what the product is

The ziaja.com photo shows a wide, white round jar with a white screw lid, the pink oval Ziaja logo and a fine pink rose line drawing, labelled “Satin Glow – mus do ciała” (body mousse). The product page lists 350 ml. It is a leave-on body moisturiser; Ziaja presents the seven-product Satin Glow line as care focused on hydration, smoothing and glow, with a citrus, woody-musky and white-flower fragrance, suitable from age 12.

Ingredient analysis

The base is an emulsion of the light emollient esters isopropyl palmitate and ethylhexyl stearate with glycerin and propylene glycol as humectants, emulsified by glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol and ceteareth-20. Dimethicone adds slip, and sodium polyacrylate starch and carbomer help create the airy mousse feel.

Rose (Rosa centifolia) flower extract, sodium hyaluronate and tocopheryl acetate are the care additives. The “glow” comes from a pearlescent pigment – synthetic fluorphlogopite coated with titanium dioxide and tin oxide – that leaves a subtle sheen. Phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin preserve the product.

What to watch out for

Fragrance is prominent: besides parfum the label lists vanillin, linalool, linalyl acetate, citronellol, limonene, pinene, alpha-isomethyl ionone, benzyl benzoate, benzaldehyde, geranyl acetate and benzyl alcohol, plus lemon and bitter orange peel oils. Several are EU-labelled allergens, so the mousse is not ideal for fragrance-sensitive or eczema-prone skin. The shimmer may transfer slightly to clothing.

What users say

Opinions are still few: on Wizaż the mousse has 4.8/5 from 9 ratings (checked 30 Oct 2026). Reviewers love the light, fluffy texture, the soft satin finish and above all the scent, which several describe as beautiful, floral and long-lasting; the pretty, generously sized jar is also mentioned. Some note that it needs a moment to spread and sink in.

The only critical review (3/5) praises the scent and packaging but says the hydration was not strong enough for dry, sun-exposed skin, so she had to add a body oil. With nine ratings, these impressions are an early indication.

Who it may suit

People with normal or slightly dry skin who enjoy perfumed body care and a light shimmer. Very dry skin may need a richer product, and anyone sensitive to fragrance should look for an unscented alternative.
