A rich night cream built on plant oils and shea butter, with a hyaluronic acid crosspolymer, a bio-saccharide film former and a small dose of vitamin C – comfortable for dry, mature skin, but fragranced and with shimmer pigments.

Packaging and what the product is

The manufacturer’s photo shows a black jar with a gold lid and a black-and-red carton with the “Mesotherapist – krem naprawczy na noc” (night repair cream) label; the shop link on the product page refers to a 50 ml size. The name refers to mesotherapy, but this is a cosmetic cream applied to the skin surface – there are no injections or microneedles involved.

Ingredient analysis

The base is an olive-derived emulsifier system (cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate) carrying macadamia, avocado and olive oils, shea butter and phytosterols – a nourishing, fairly rich texture suited to night use.

Moisture-binding ingredients include glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer and Biosaccharide Gum-4, a polysaccharide that forms a smooth film. Antioxidants come from vitamin E (tocopherol, tocopheryl acetate), ascorbic acid and ascorbyl palmitate; the orchid (Cycnoches) and crocus extracts are marketing-led botanicals with limited public data. Dimethicone and acacia gum improve slip.

What to watch out for

The cream is fragranced and lists benzyl alcohol, linalool, hexyl cinnamal, geraniol and limonene, which matters for people with fragrance allergies. Mica and CI 77891 (titanium dioxide) give a light optical effect. It is preserved with phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. Rich oil-based creams can feel heavy on oily or acne-prone skin.
