A long-running, inexpensive cream lipstick on a classic wax, oil and petrolatum base with lanolin, aloe and “vitamin F” fatty acids, sold in a wide range of shades. Over a hundred Wizaż ratings agree on a comfortable, non-drying satin finish and good value, and just as consistently on poor staying power.

Packaging and what the product is

The bell.com.pl photo shows a raspberry-red bullet in a glossy, deep plum plastic case with a silver Bell logo, next to the closed cap. It is a classic twist-up lipstick; reviewers note that the case colour matches the shade, the shade number is printed on the base, and the printed logo can rub off in a handbag. The brand promises creamy texture, care for the lips and colour that lasts for hours.

Ingredient analysis

The base is octyldodecanol and castor oil with microcrystalline wax, petrolatum, lanolin, isopropyl palmitate, paraffin and mineral oil, structured by carnauba and montan waxes and polyethylene. Aloe extract and linoleic, linolenic and oleic acids (marketed as “vitamin F”) add care; tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate and ascorbic acid act as antioxidants.

Preservation and stability come from methylparaben, propylparaben, BHT and BHA. The lipstick is perfumed, with geraniol, hexyl cinnamal, limonene and linalool declared. One reviewer admitted: “Kupuję ją raczej z sentymentu niż z zachwytu” (“I buy it more out of sentiment than delight”).

The most common complaint is short wear – it often disappears after a meal or a couple of hours – along with uneven application, bleeding beyond the lip line and pigmentation that varies by shade. One recent reviewer found her red shade thick, very matte and drying, the opposite of most reports.
